Rising British Interference

Role in the Revolt of 1857

During the Indian Rebellion of 1857, Delan Shah actively participated in resistance activities in Central India. He supported the broader freedom struggle and led local tribal forces against British troops.

Arrest and Execution

After intense resistance, Delan Shah was captured by British forces. In 1858, he was executed for his role in the uprising, becoming a martyr of the tribal freedom movement.
